This is the Trainas and their home, which was completely obliterated during hurricane Sandy. They have lived in New Dorp Beach, Staten Island for 40 years, raising 4 children. This family is a personal friend of ours, and we are heartbroken to see that not only their house, but their business nearby was also destroyed. Allstate has turned their back on the family, so they are basically on their own with this.

In the wake of this terrible news, we are for the next few weeks, trying to help gather funds in order to help the Trainas rebuild. Any and all orders will directly go to helping them get back on their feet, and I will have a completely brand new hand screenprinted poster ready to go in the next 48 hours that will also go to helping them.

Honestly though, the best way to help them is by going to their website and donating, HERE. Their daughter has set up a fund in order to start recouping what was lost. And if you cannot do that, which is completely understandable, I would ask that you please please try and spread the word about this. Anyone who orders will be thanked by us in a post just for them.
